Homeschooling

We started our 1st year of Homeschooling this year. I am so excited but already experience some bumps in  trying to balance our home chores with it so just pray for us during this transitional time. My sweet daughter "Tinkerbell" loves calling me teacher but I have to say hearing her call me that comes with mix emotions of nervousness & am I capable....Then after I shoo off those thoughts I begin feel humble enough that God Almighty-the Creator of the Universe has chosen me and called me to not just being my children's mother but also their teacher. Every morning, I am striving to take more time to the greatest teacher of all...my Abba!

Here is a brief introduction of my sweet, independent, born leader and lover of Jesus.....Maddie aka Tinkerbell. This was the first day of Preschool. Can you tell she was excited... She even did her own hair and dressed herself. 

She loves to practice writing her letters.

 

On Daddy's day off she requested Daddy to be her "teacher." One day she will realize the day we became her mama and daddy we became teachers too. 

 

I am looking forward to many more blessed days to teach my children not just academics but to pursue after God with all her heart, soul, and body... To nurture the love for Jesus everyday of our lives!
